History and Company Profile

Rozeboom & Company has been providing professional property
management services to a select group of clientele since 1973. Rozeboom
& Company is a real estate management company specializing in the management and renovation of apartment communities. We currently
manage 12 apartment communities in the Denver metropolitan area
totaling over 600 units with a market value in excess of $40,000,000.
