History and Company Profile
Rozeboom & Company has been providing professional
property management services to a select group of clientele since 1973.
Rozeboom & Company is a real estate management company
specializing in the management and renovation of apartment communities.
We currently manage 13 apartment communities
in the Denver metropolitan area totaling about 700 units with a market value
in excess of $50,000,000.
